Returns and Exchanges

We offer a quick and easy self-serve return process for all eligible orders.

  1. Send Email to info@twilightgolfco.com

  2. Include Name, Address, Order number, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. If you're requesting an exchange, please mention "Exchange" in the email and clearly include:

      • The item name, size, and color you’d like instead.

  4. Your return will be reviewed within 5 business days. You’ll then receive instructions (and a return shipping label to use, if applicable).

Note: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee for returned items. The customer is not responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items. These costs will be covered by Us (Twilight Golf Co).

If your return is denied, there will be no possible further steps to make a return. If you believe your denied return was a mistake, please contact us at info@twilightgolfco.com
